CBD preferences vary from person to person, and finding the right amount depends on personal factors and individual experiences. Before adding CBD to your routine, it’s a good idea to consult with your doctor, especially if you take other supplements or medications. With that said, we typically recommend starting low to establish a baseline and then slowly increasing the number of servings or concentration of CBD over time. Our regular-strength formulas include 10 mg of CBD per serving, which makes them a great starting point for many beginners who aren't sure how much they need. However, if you're already experienced with CBD or just eager to try a more potent product, you can jump right to our 15 mg soft gels or 25 mg concentrated oils.
Once you’ve identified your ideal serving of CBD, we usually recommend taking that serving twice a day for a period of two weeks to get started. As you go, keep a journal and jot down how you’re feeling before and about an hour after taking CBD. If you don’t think you’re getting the desired effect, you can gradually start upping your serving size by about 5 drops. If you prefer a milder experience, you may choose to use a smaller amount. Find the balance that works for you.
