What is CBD and what are its benefits?
Cannabidiol, also known as CBD, is one of over 110+ naturally occurring cannabinoid compounds found in the cannabis plant. It interacts directly with the body’s endocannabinoid system to promote general health and wellness. In accordance with federal regulations, we cannot make health claims regarding our dietary supplement products.
How much CBD should I take and how often should I take it?
Once you’ve picked your product, following the serving directions for daily usage. After 2 weeks of daily use, if you’re not experiencing the desired effects, you can try taking an additional serving or two as long as you stay within the limits of your product’s daily maximum number of servings. Or, you can try a more concentrated product for stronger results. With our CBD products, you can experiment with a range of 4.2 to 60 mg of CBD per day to find what works best for you. When getting started with CBD, we recommend letting your body be your guide.
How long does it take for CBD to work?
Everyone experiences different results with CBD - some may notice changes immediately after taking it, while others need to take it consistently for two or more weeks to achieve the desired results. Likewise, CBD can function like many vitamins and supplements - sometimes the changes are subtle, even when you are taking the recommended amount. If you don’t notice any impacts after a month or two of daily use, it doesn’t necessarily mean the product isn’t working. We recommend keeping a daily use journal to note how you feel before and after taking CBD in order to keep track of even subtle differences.
