How to use the AM/PM Bundle

In the morning/early afternoon: Take one serving of Uplift by mouth up to twice per day, or as directed by a medical professional. In the evening: Take one to two servings of Downshift by mouth. This product may cause drowsiness and is best taken at night. Consult your medical professional prior to use.

Keep a daily log to track any changes over time. Note any physical sensations you experience both before and after taking CBD.

About the AM/PM Bundle
Uplift CBG + CBD Oil is a bright, uplifting AM formula made with CBG and isolated terpenes to put a little pep in your step. This blend features 7.5 mg of CBD and 7.5 mg of CBG per serving.
Downshift CBN + CBD Oil is a grounding PM formula made with CBN and isolated terpenes to help ease into a quiet evening. This blend features 12 mg of CBD and 3 mg of CBN per serving.
