CBD Cranberry Almond Salad


Ready in 10 Minutes

Serves 8-10 people

Contains 125mg Cannabinoids



Cranberry Almond Salad:

  • 16 oz Baby Spinach
  • 1 Cup Slivered Almonds
  • 1 Cup Dried Cranberries
  • ½ cup Shaved Parmesan

CBD Dressing:



  1. Place garlic cloves in a bowl and mash into a paste. Add rest of ingredients and whisk until combined
  2. Turn stove on medium and toast almonds in a cast iron pan until golden brown and aromatic, stirring constantly. Take out of pan to cool.
  3. Add 16oz of spinach, toasted almonds, and cranberries to a large bowl.  Add dressing and toss to coat.
  4. Top salad with parmesan and serve immediately. Enjoy!


CBD Rosemary Stuffing

 Ready in 3 Hours

Serves 6-8 people.

Contains 75mg Cannabinoids


  • 1 Loaf Crusty Bread (We used local Izzio Rosemary Olive Oil Loaf)
  • 6 TBSP Butter
  • 1 Sprig Rosemary
  • 3 Leaves Sage
  • 2 Cups Chicken Broth (Can be subbed for Vegetable broth!)
  • 1 Head of Garlic
  • 1 Large Onion
  • 3 Celery Stalks
  • Olive Oil
  • 1 ½ Cups Mushrooms (we used Baby Bella)
  • Salt
  • Fresh Ground Pepper
  • 40 Drops Bluebird Botanicals Complete 5X


  1. Preheat Oven to 400 F. Peel off outer layer of garlic, then cut off top of head to expose the tops of each clove. Place head of garlic in a cupcake tin and pour 2 Tbsp Olive Oil on top. Place a second cupcake tin on top, and bake for 1 hour. Let cool.
  2. Set oven temperature to 225 F. Cut loaf of bread into 1” cubes and spread out on a baking sheet. Mix 30 drops of Hemp Complete and 2 tbsp of olive oil together and drizzle over the top of the bread. Bake for 20 minutes, stir to re-arrange cubes, and repeat twice for a total of 1 hour baking. Preheat oven to 375 when complete.
  3. Dice onions, celery, rosemary, sage, and mushrooms.
  4. Melt 4 tbsp of butter on low heat. Add in celery, onion, and ⅔ tsp salt (to taste). Stir occasionally for 15-20 min until onions are translucent. Add in herbs and cook for 2 minutes. Set aside.
  5. Turn heat to high. Add 2 Tbsp olive oil, when hot add mushrooms  and ¼ tsp salt. Cook 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Mix mushrooms, onion, and celery together in a bowl, and add in 25 drops of Complete 5X and 4 mashed cloves of garlic
  7. Whisk eggs, ¼ tsp salt, and freshly ground pepper (to taste)  into chicken broth. Stir vegetable mixture and bread into this and stir until evenly coated. Pour into 9x13 pan.
  8. Melt 2 tbsp of butter and stir in 15 drops of Complete 5X. Drizzle over the top of the stuffing. Top with foil and bake for 25 minutes at 375F. Remove foil and bake for another 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let stuffing cool slightly. Enjoy!

CBD Apple Pie & Maple Cinnamon CBD Whipped Cream

Ready in 1 Hour

Serves 8-10 people

Contains 135mg Cannabinoids (40mg in the whipped cream, 85 in the pie)  

CBD Apple Pie

Pie Crust Ingredients:
  • 2 ½ Cups All Purpose Flour
  • ½ Tsp Cardamom
  • ½ Tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 6-9 Tbsp Cold Water
  • ¾ C. Butter
  • 35 Drops Bluebird Botanicals Classic 5X (for topping)
  • 1 Tbsp Butter (for topping)
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar (for topping)
  Pie Filling Ingredients:
  • 4 Granny Smith Apples
  • ½ C. Sugar
  • ¼ C. Dark Brown Sugar (packed)
  • ½  Tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ Tsp Cardamom
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 15 Drops Bluebird Botanicals Classic 5X
  1. Combine dry crust ingredients in a bowl (or mixer), and slowly incorporate cold butter in small chunks with a fork until incorporated. Slowly pour in water as needed until dough comes together. Do not overwork the dough.
  2. Split dough in half, wrap both halves in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  4. Peel apples, and cut them into thin slices. Place in a bowl and mix in Sugar, Brown Sugar, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Vanilla Extract, and 15 drops Classic 5X.
  5. Lightly flour a rolling pin and surface to roll out the dough in two equal circles (around 12”). Fold into quarters, and place in a pie tin.
  6. Add filling to pie tin, and top with second pie crust. Trim crust as needed, and crimp the edges.
  7. Mix 1 Tbsp melted butter with 35 drops Classic 5X and brush evenly over top of pie. Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp sugar, and cut 4 small slits in the top.
  8. Cover edges of pie with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
  9. Continue baking for another 15-20min until golden brown. Cool slightly, and enjoy!

Maple Cinnamon CBD Whipped Cream: 

  • 8oz Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ Tsp Salt
  • 25 Drops Hemp Classic 5X
  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and whip on high until mixture forms stiff peaks.  
  2. Serve with pie. Enjoy!
